General information

This school has been recognized by the Education Department of the Government of Gujarat for its educational purpose. This institution provides services without any discrimination. The aim of this school is to make the students an ideal citizen. Keeping this aim in mind, we expect high ideals and progress from the students.

Discipline rules:

Modesty, orderliness, dress, and physical cleanliness and regularity will be considered essential.
Do not wander around, play, run, or make noise while school is in session, and maintain peace.
In the absence of a teacher in the class, the monitor's orders will have to be followed for class order and discipline until another teacher arrives
The name of the student who causes trouble, fun, fights, makes noise, talks will be removed from the school / LC will be given.
Students must arrive at school on time. Students who arrive late will not be allowed to enter the school.
Since regular attendance is important for good success, a written application should be submitted in advance as per the sample form to request leave for any reason. Parents of students who are absent due to illness or unavoidable circumstances should meet the school in person regarding the leave.
If a student is absent for three or more consecutive days without informing the school in writing, the student's name will be deducted without being notified.
Whenever the school informs about a written instruction or complaint, the student will have to bring the guardian's signature in the diary or the guardian will have to come to meet him in person.
On the last day of every month, the school's academic work will continue for four hours.
If any student damages the school property, the responsibility of compensating for the damage will lie with that student/guardian, and the Principal's decision will be final.
It is strictly forbidden to bring gadgets like cell phones, MP3, I POD and cameras etc. Only simple "wrist watches" are allowed for students from class 5 onwards.
Distribution of sweets and gifts by students in class is not allowed at school.

Rules regarding admission and leaving school:

Students will be admitted based on government rules, studies, and abilities, and admission will be given considering the class size in each standard.
Those who have passed Bal Bhavan from the same school will have to fill a new admission form for Standard-1, those who have passed Standard-8 for Standard-9, and those who have passed Standard-10 for Standard-11 along with the required fee. The admission of those who do not fill the admission form will be considered cancelled.
The amount paid along with the admission form will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Parents of students who wish to leave school must submit a written application to the school office, after which a leaving certificate will be issued one week later.
A student will not receive a school leaving certificate until any fees are outstanding.

Rules regarding the exam:

A student who is absent from the exam for any reason will not be allowed to take the exam later.
A student who is absent from the examination except for a serious reason will be considered a failure.
A student who fails and the principal feels that the student is unable to meet the school's standards may be asked to leave the school.
The marks of all the exams are calculated in the annual result. Therefore, all the exams of the year are very important.
Every student must come in full uniform during the exam.
No malpractice of any kind should be done during the examination. If any student is caught cheating, he/she will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

Uniform Rules:

Students from every department of the school will be required to wear the school's prescribed uniform, boots, socks, tie, and I-card.
Students should cut their nails and hair regularly. They should apply oil to their heads and massage their hair.
Students should not come to school wearing valuable jewelry, and if they do, the school will not be responsible for it.
Students up to class 5 are allowed to wear colorful clothes on their birthdays. But students above class 5 are not allowed to do so.
Any type of makeup, including nail polish, mehndi, etc., and colorful accessories, is not allowed on campus.
If the uniform rules are violated, the child will be sent home after two warnings.

Fee rules:

The fee payment time for each department will be from 11.30 am to 02.00 am (Monday to Friday). Fees will not be accepted after that.
Those who do not pay the fee after the 15th of the month will be charged the fee along with a penalty.
Even if a student's name is on the class register for only one day of that month, they will have to pay the fee for that month.
Parents of students who wish to leave school will have to submit a written application by May 31st after the completion of the annual exams and then pay the fees for the month of June.
